These terms apply when you use this website, book a call with us, or engage Creatify for a project. By doing any of these, you agree to the terms below.
Creatify provides web development, Shopify development, WordPress development, search engine optimization, social media marketing, graphic design, video editing, and digital strategy services. The exact scope, deliverables, and timeline for your project are agreed upon separately for each engagement, typically after an initial consultation.
The free audit call offered on this site is a no obligation consultation. Booking a call does not commit you to hiring us, and attending one does not commit us to accepting your project.
Pricing depends on the scope of each project and is provided as a custom quote after we understand your needs. Payment terms, including any deposits or milestones, are agreed upon before work begins and outlined in your project proposal or agreement.
To keep your project on track, we ask that you provide accurate project information, any content or assets we need from you, and timely feedback during review rounds. Delays on your end may affect the project timeline.
Once a project is paid in full, the final website, code, and custom assets we build for you are yours, including full admin access. Until final payment is made, ownership of the work remains with Creatify.
Projects include review rounds at each stage rather than only at the end, so you can request changes as we go. The number of included revision rounds is outlined in your project proposal.
We do our best work on every project, but Creatify is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of a website, store, or campaign we’ve built or managed, including lost revenue or business interruption, beyond the amount paid for the relevant service.
Some services we deliver rely on third party platforms, for example Shopify, WordPress, Google Ads, or Meta Ads. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms of service, which we don’t control.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, where Creatify is based.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
